Suitcases purchased in the store are covered by a 2-year warranty.


The warranty does not apply if:
• The product is not used for its intended purpose
• The product is mechanically damaged



After assessing the condition of the goods, the money is returned no later than within 10  working days  to the specified bank account when making the transfer.

NOTE: Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.




You can return the product if you decide that you no longer want the purchased product or have purchased a defective product.
   • You can return the product in any store. It is necessary to have a purchase document (purchase receipt).
Attention! All returned goods are inspected. If the packaging or product is mechanically damaged (except for factory defects), the money will not be refunded and the goods will not be replaced. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the 2012 Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. March 15 by order no. 4-243 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items"


Return of defective goods

If you have purchased a product of poor quality in the store, you have the right to demand from the seller:
    • replace the defective product with a product of suitable quality;
    • return the money paid for the product
Broku is not considered: mechanical damage due to improper care and use, changes in the appearance of the product, natural wear and tear. Any mechanical damage such as cracking, tearing, broken wheels, broken handles and other warranty is not covered by the warranty. This type of damage is usually the fault of the airport's baggage claim. You must file a complaint if you notice any violations. It must be presented immediately upon receipt of the damaged luggage, after which the carrier has the right to refuse to accept the complaint.


Return of quality goods

If the purchased goods do not live up to your expectations, you can return them within 14 calendar days of purchase or exchange them for other goods. In case of returning the product, we will pay all the money received for the product. In this case, you must send the item by courier. You will pay for the courier services.



All returned goods must be undamaged, not worn, have not lost their appearance and must be returned with authentic labels, in the same configuration. When returning the product, it is necessary to present its purchase document (purchase receipt).
Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging which are necessary to inspect the product shall not be considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the product.
Goods shall not be taken back if they have been used and / or damaged and / or have lost their commercial appearance.
